Full sized templates are included in this printed sewing pattern for slipper sizes 5 – 11. You will also need one yard of coordinating fabric for the slipper lining. You will need one 18″ zipper, some slipper gripper fabric for the soles, and Kellie used byAnnie’s Soft and Stable, a non-fusible foam interfacing for the slippers and the travel case / bag. Gerri Richards is a Canadian who designed the Snappy Slippers sewing pattern, was usually painting, but she was always interested in sewing and quilting. Gerri’s  Mother was a tailor and designer, so she didn’t have to sew for herself. However, she passed away when Gerri was 16. It was then that Gerri learned to sew on her own, but later she decided she wanted to study tailoring and pattern drafting.  Gerri had her own line of children’s clothing, but she always had an interest in learning about quilting.  About 11 years ago she took her very first quilting course and she was hooked! Gerri teaches many sewing classes and designs a line of popular patterns CoolCat Creations!
